Much as you would manage email in your daily workflow, the online Project Status System provides a convenient and user-friendly interface for tracking issues and resolutions.
The Project Status System includes a map-based interface for monitoring project status. As technicians work on files and the data moves from one phase of the project to another, the system tracks where each digital file is in the process. Combined with number of hours to complete a task, this information can be used to measure operator performance and can quickly point to the need for resource adjustments to ensure an on-schedule delivery.
