Brad Llewellyn
President
Mr. Llewellyn is a veteran of the parcel data industry with a breadth of experience in both production and management. His expertise spans all aspects of parcel data, from conversion to maintenance to data distribution. In addition to guiding the direction of the company, Mr. Llewellyn plays an active role in all Cadastra mapping and data integration projects. His attention to detail and focus on customer service are the hallmarks of Cadastra's success in the industry. Mr. Llewellyn is actively engaged in promoting and supporting cadastral-related activities and is a member of the Eastern Steering Committee of the Federal Geographic Data Committee (FGDC) Subcommittee for Cadastral Data. Mr. Llewellyn has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Business Minor from the University of Virginia, School of Engineering and Applied Science.
Mark Miller, GISP
Vice President
Mr. Miller is the lead Project Manager for data integration projects and is responsible for Cadastra's overall project organization, communication, application design and quality control. He provides oversight on the technical and geospatial aspects of all ongoing Cadastra projects. Prior to his tenure with Cadastra, Mr. Miller was President of Benchmark GIS where he provided GIS consultation services to a range of clientele in both the public and private sector. Mr. Miller is a former adjunct professor of Geographic Information Science, has managed several award-winning projects and has experience implementing GIS solutions at all levels of government. He has been an ESRI-authorized instructor and was the winner of the Best ArcView Utility award at the 2000 ESRI User Conference. Mr. Miller has a Master of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in Environmental Monitoring and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Northwestern University.
Kinley Winchester
Director of Data Services
Mr. Winchester is a specialist in data management and has worked with over 70 county governments to assist with their parcel data conversion and data distribution. He has worked extensively with clients, vendors and industry experts to develop functional and practical database designs that fully serve client needs. Mr. Winchester is responsible for preparation of all client data deliveries and has performed data management and delivery on projects totaling several million parcels. He plays a vital role in all Cadastra projects ensuring the delivery of data that is accurate and consistent.
Fred Daniel
Director of Mapping
Mr. Daniel has lead numerous cadastral mapping projects over his expansive career gaining him a wealth of experience in all aspects of parcel data conversion. His role as mapping supervisor ensures that specifications are closely followed and data are thoroughly reviewed for quality and completeness. Mr. Daniel has trained numerous cadastral mappers and is Cadastra's definitive source for resolving issues of parcel construction.
