Winchester named Data Services Manager

Richmond, VA, July 28, 2003. Kinley Winchester was appointed to the position of Data Services Manager for Cadastra, Inc., a Richmond, VA-based company providing parcel data conversion and maintenance services.

Winchester's primary responsibility is to provide technical oversight and assistance with all aspects of the company's data conversion process. This includes data translation, data automation, database design, quality assurance and data distribution.
